The Introduction to Mindfulness Session is free to everyone. Booking is not obligatory as the venue @ Cambridge House is wonderfully spacious and accommodating. However registering via Eventbrite will ensure priority seating on the day… click here to register.

For the full 6-Session Mindfulness Programme booking is necessary as capacity is limited to 30 participants per programme to allow for inclusivity and participation… future programmes and dates to be confirmed. To book your place please follow the instructions below.

HOW TO BOOK:

  1. Please complete the ‘BOOKING FORM’ using the message section to clearly state your request for a place on the full Programme.
  2. Once you have received confirmation simply click on the button (located just below the booking form) to make payment or follow the link in the confirmation email.
  3. Please make a note of the name you used on the ‘BOOKING FORM’ during the Paypal payment process if your Paypal account name does not match.
